This brow styler adapts to the look you love -- from fluffy and feathered to groomed and sleek. Less is more: pick up a light amount of of our product with your brow brush or spoolie (included) and firmly brush your brows into place. Brow Down
- For best results spray the spoolie or a brow brush with water or a setting spray of your choice. Do not wet the brow product directly.
- Dip the damp spoolie or brow brush into Brow Down lighly coating the bristles.
- Brush your brows in the desired direction to set in place.
- Start with a little product and build up as necessary.

Our website offers free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Built & Blended reserves the right to change this shipping promotion at any time.
Most orders are delivered within 4-6 business days using USPS First Class Mail Service. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic shipping delays may occur. Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal and major holidays). Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing times do not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping Services are not available for shipments APO/FPO, PO Box destinations, International orders, U.S Territories and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard Shipping
Most orders shipped via Standard USPS First Class Mail Shipping are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
Most orders are delivered within 4-6 business days from the order’s ship date (please add 4-6 extra days for deliveries to Canada and International orders). Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 5-12 business days of the order’s ship date.
Second Day Service
Second Day orders placed by 2:30 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Second Day orders placed after 2:30 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date.
We apologize, orders destined for P.O. Boxes, AFO/FPO locations, International addresses, U.S. Territories, Canada, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Second Day Service.
Second Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping to Third Party
We accept orders with a billing address differing from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement and both addresses are located in the United States. Note, however, that Built & Blended reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion.
